EASA webinars on organization and selling in September

The Electrical Apparatus Service Association has scheduled two webinars for September. On Sept. 18, EASA Technical Support Specialist Mike Howell will present “Let’s Get Organized: Reduce Waste & Optimize Productivity,” and on Sept. 25, Don Buttrey of Sales Professional Training, Inc. will present “The SELL Process: Pre-Call Planning.” Both will be presented from 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 P.M. (Central).

“Let’s Get Organized: Reduce Waste & Optimize Productivity” will focus on helping service centers get organized using the “5S” pillars. 5S is a methodology used to reduce waste and optimize productivity through maintaining an orderly workplace and using visual indicators to achieve more consistent results. According to EASA, successful implementation frees up wasted space and reduces excess inventory and unplanned downtime. Attendees will be invited to participate in a series of simulation activities to “amplify the benefits of implementing these approaches.”

“The SELL Process: Pre-Call Planning” will discuss how to prepare and execute highly effective, consultative customer interactions. The webinar will also teach attendees how to improve call success and standardize their pre-call planning and customer interaction process.
