Ludeca: Decked Out

New educational microsite featuring instructional videos

Ludeca has launched a new microsite, www.LudecaVideos.com, featuring videos with terminology, condition monitoring fundamental concepts, advanced measurements, product demonstrations for machinery alignment, geometric measurements, vibration analysis, and more. Here’s a sample, focused on laser alignment and geometric solutions:

The domain also includes two new “Know-How” training series, produced in collaboration with the Mobius Institute, which cover topics of shaft alignment, vibration analysis, and balancing. Its video library is indexed by category but also searchable by keyword and videos can easily be shared via social media.

“We felt there was a need to go back-to-basics and help educate on precision skills and related technology to improve asset reliability. We are happy to offer our Know-How video series to our customers for their personnel to access and for use in their training. We hope this content assists them and others in either improving their reliability program or in getting one started and leads to world-class reliability programs.”Frank Seidenthal, Ludeca president, via news release.

In addition to the variety of alignment products offered, Ludeca manufactures induction heaters, vibration analysis instruments, online remote systems, and ultrasound testing kits. The company is based in Doral, Fla., a sunny satellite of Miami. Its recent influence can be seen in a range of markets, including providing assistance to the factory that makes jelly for your PB&Jand winning an award for asset condition management just last month.
